They took great care of me. I went to another one of their sister stores in Holladay and just felt like things weren't done right. They verified that they weren't, were quick, efficient, and kind. This is my second time coming here, and honestly I will continue to come back regardless of any vehicle I have. They are honest, and take your concerns seriously. Thank you all again. Also the tire warranty is awesome.

I hit a curb and took my Tesla to Les Schwab for them to diagnose and fix the issues with my suspension and alignment. It wasn’t an easy or immediate fix, but they worked with me over a few visits and got the problem completely solved. They were very fair and understanding through a few issues along the way, and it’s clear that it’s important to this store to take care of their customers. Thanks Leslie and Colby for taking care of me.

Amazing customer service. All of the staff was kind. I received much better treatment at Les Schwab than I did 3 months ago at Walmart tire center. My vehicle is aging, but only I get to insult my vehicle. I don't want to hear it from Walmart. When I got my vehicle back from Les Schwab they complimented on my vehicle. I won't go back to Walmart, not after this experience.

Very disappointing service. I spent around two hours there just to get a tire patched and they still couldn’t solve the issue. Poor communication, long wait times, and a complete waste of time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you need quick or reliable service.

Took in 2003 ford taurus for clunking in the rear. They advised all struts and back break drum told them to do back struts and brake drum for now. Waiting for taxes to do rest. 3 days and multiple excuses later got car back. Why did they remove nuts on front struts? Noticed a couple days after. This can mess up alignment. Manager claims they would not do that. Must have been a ghost. Careless.
